Whenever I have any issue I get a super-fast response from the property management team. Always respectful and helpful. The condominium is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Downtown core, is walkable to Angrignon park and the metro.

«Clean and friendly administration»
We moved to the Conrad in the Fall of 2020 largely based on its location, namely the metro and Angrignon Park. It turns out that there is more to the Conrad than its location. The building is clean and generally has a nice vibe. Questions are answered promptly by the friendly administration and our unit is quiet.The Conrad has been a very nice place to live !
